Josh Oliver Returns!

Oxford City Stars today confirmed the re-signing of forward Josh Oliver.

Josh, 25, was an integral part of the Stars’ double winning campaign last season weighing in with 30 goals and 21 assists.

He scooped a hat-trick of honours at the club’s end of season awards after he was chosen as the player of the year by the coaches, players and the media.

Josh said: “Last season was fantastic for everybody; the team spirit was first class, and everyone played their part in a successful year. I really enjoy playing for my home club and couldn’t be prouder to represent Oxford.

“I’m looking forward to next season and continuing to progress.”

Head Coach Kenny Redmond said: “Josh is a fantastic talent and has a great attitude and work ethic. He is a vital part of the team and a player that everyone respects. I’m delighted he has re-signed.”
