Oxfordshire’s leading taxi service Royal Cars have joined the Oxford City Stars family.

The family run award winning business is recognised as Oxford’s largest private hire service provider. Royal Cars have a fleet of over 400 vehicles and provide short and long-distance journeys for customers.

Royal Cars will appear on a rink-board at Oxpens as part of the local firm’s backing of the Stars.

Ozayr Khan, Marketing Director at Royal Cars, said: “As a community spirited and family run company that is proud to serve the county of Oxfordshire, we felt the Stars’ values matched Royal Cars.

“We are proud to sponsor the Oxford City Stars and proud to represent our great county together. We look forward to a great partnership and watching the Stars go from strength to strength.”

Greig Box Turnbull, Stars director, said: “Royal Cars have been serving Oxfordshire since 1991 and it’s great to have another respected local business join the Stars’ family. We are grateful to the team at Royal Cars for backing the Stars as part of their wider commitment to the Oxfordshire community.”

Royal Cars accept all types of work, from local runs; airport transfers, long distance pickups and drop offs, and have even occasionally crossed the channel. All its drivers are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and have undergone a medical examination before being licensed by the local District Councils.
