Stars supporting local charities
Oxford City Stars are supporting three local charities at Sunday’s home game against Cardiff Fire.
A bucket collection will be held on the door in support of three great causes.
This season the Stars are supporting Oxford United in the Community and the Jack O’Donnell Foundation.
Additionally, Oxfordshire business networking club OpenDoorz are our match sponsor on Sunday and our fundraising efforts will include supporting its chosen charity: SeeSaw.
The Stars are hosting a business community networking event pre-match in partnership with OpenDoorz to showcase the club and all monies raised from ticket and raffle ticket sales will be donated.
If you would like to attend the business event, please purchase a ticket here and use the code ‘OxfordshireBusiness’.
Greig Box Turnbull, Oxford City Stars director said: “As a community club we are keen to support local charities where possible. Sunday should be a fantastic occasion as we all come together to both support the club and some great Oxfordshire charities. Any money raised will all help make a difference.”
SeeSaw provides grief support for children and young people in Oxfordshire.
