Dax Hedges has re-signed for Oxford City Stars.
The fans’ favourite did not hesitate to commit to the Stars for another season.
He said: “I’m always happy to be asked back to Oxford and I’m looking forward to the season ahead.”
The 30-year-old forward who scored 10 goals last season has spent most of his career at his hometown club Oxford.
Last season he scooped two gongs at the end of season awards, after he was voted players’ player of the Season and the best forward.
Head coach Dean Birrell added: “Dax is a player everyone wanted back. He is a good player, a strong competitor, and an excellent character that you need in your squad. I’m looking forward to working with him.”
